Mobile solution works with Check Out/Check In and ReadyTag
FORT WORTH — Point of Rental now handles the entirety of a rental company’s equipment inspection process within their mobile apps with the addition of their new Pre-Check feature.
Pre-Check handles documentation of the order staging process. From the app, teams can show items loaded with the correct attachments, which truck deliveries are on, where on the lot will-call items are located, etc. in a way that’s visible to the rest of the company.
“As a rental business, your goal is to provide your customers with the right item, outfitted with the right accessories, and ensure they’re ready to rent,” said Elite product manager John Wooten. “Pre-Check lets you reduce service calls and eliminate order errors by documenting the final step before a delivery or pickup within the POR One app.”
Pre-Check is included in the Basic tier of POR One for Elite, so anyone using the company’s mobile app can start tracking these inspections today.
