Pointers are encouraged to pursue continuing education and professional development, which the company reimburses. We provide thorough initial training to customers, and continue to assist and educate throughout our relationship with software users as the software develops. Annual user conferences and user meetings mean there’s always an opportunity to get facetime with Point of Rental leadership and experts.

Our employee-led charitable giving organization heads up the company’s charitable giving opportunities. Created in 2018 to coordinate our individual efforts for maximum impact, we’ve donated thousands of dollars, hundreds of pounds of food, and lots of time to charities and organizations near and dear to our people.
