The best rental software in the world can only do so much; effective rental management requires a team that knows how to operate the software. With that in mind, Point of Rental’s learning and development team is excited to announce…well, several things, it turns out. Ed Hewitt, the manager of L&D, spoke with us about the new developments on that side of the office. We learned about uLearn, which most current Point of Rental users ought to be aware of, and the differences between it and the customer portal for the new Learning Management System (LMS). We talked about certifications, managers being able to set up recurring training for their staff members, and more.
