Tim Dodd outgrew his childhood dreams of being a fighter pilot by the time he was a teenager – at 6’5″ he wouldn’t have been allowed in the cockpit. Eventually he found his way into rental, starting off by washing equipment. He’s helped build a few event rental places up – some, his own; some, for others. He joined us on the Front PORch to talk about his journey, share leadership ideas, talk about some of the challenges now and the challenges that’ll always exist for event rental businesses.
