Point of Rental Announces New HQ Location

Point of Rental's new HQ is located in Fort Worth.

Point of Rental Software has acquired a new home for its North American headquarters, less than four miles from their current HQ. The company is expected to move into the 35,000-square-foot building sometime this summer.

Point of Rental Software has tripled its worldwide staff in the last three years, adding offices in the U.K. and Australia. Now with more than 100 employees in their Dallas-Fort Worth office, the company has run out of space in its headquarters for the past 13 years. As the company continues to add support and development talent to provide premier service for its 5,000-plus worldwide customers, a move needed to be made.

So the company is relocating up Highway 360 to 14401 Statler Blvd. in Fort Worth, a building which can accommodate the company’s projected growth while providing opportunities to develop a unique space that fits Point of Rental’s culture.

“As rental companies continue to trust us to provide the software and excellent service their business needs, we’re growing to meet that demand,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris.

“We’re excited for the extra space to grow, and the location directly across from the TRE station with direct access to downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas enhances our ability to draw the best talent from across the entire Metroplex.”

The building sale closed on April 30th. Charlie Beck and Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Point of Rental in the property search and purchase, while Sam Franklin of Peak CRE represented the seller, Corporate Statler LTD.

“Point of Rental values their employees and family office culture,” Beck said. “The client needed to secure a new location that would not disrupt their employees’ commute, offered the opportunity to continue to scale the business over time, and created a unique environment that advances the company brand and employee engagement. The Statler property accomplished these things, and it will be their home for many years to come.”
