Direct API Architecture Adds Key Functionality
FORT WORTH, Texas — Point of Rental’s Elite Advanced product now gives rental operators a direct API integration to Salesforce. The updated integration takes advantage of API architecture to provide enhanced stability while improving data updating speed, security and functionality.
“Our Elite API continues to grow and offer more and more integration opportunities,” said John Wooten, product manager for Elite. “We’re really excited to not only improve the reliability of the integration but to also increase the functionality by syncing the item database so users can view contract line items in Salesforce.”
Existing data mapping – including account information, contact information, and call logs – continues to be supported in the new integration. By supporting contract line items, users will have a quicker, more comprehensive view of each opportunity in Salesforce, allowing them to better serve each customer and maintain relationships.
