Paul Alleyne, Software Support Technician

Paul Alleyne has had a lot of jobs, starting out in radio while he was still in high school. They all have one thing in common: He’s consistently into helping people. That attitude suits him well as a software support technician at Point of Rental, where he not only helps customers, but assists new Pointers as they get acclimated to their new job. 

We talked to him about the time he failed “jail school”, why he’s a Seahawks fan despite having lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for most of his life, and about his time as one of the voices on the other end of the line when people push the emergency services button in their car.
