What’s the agenda for the conference?

Our product, training, and support teams are working to build an agenda for 2023’s conference! When an agenda is available, we’ll update the tabs on Point of Rental’s International Conference page.

How do I choose courses to attend?

Once the agenda is set, we’ll update our app and invite registered attendees to select their schedule.

Can I bring my non-conference-attending spouse to the evening events?

For the sake of planning evening events, we only take registered attendees into account when picking a venue and ordering food & drinks. We’re generally able to accommodate a couple of these requests per event when notified in advance, but we don’t encourage it.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Registration fees are refundable through Sept. 1. If you need to cancel after that point, we won’t be able to provide refunds except in extreme circumstances.

A person I registered is no longer with the company. Can I send someone else?

Yes! As long as you let us know about the change before Sept. 1, just let us know who’s new and who they’re replacing. If the substitution needs to be made after Sept. 1, we’ll do our best to make those changes, but it’s possible your new attendee may not have a printed badge and we might not be able to make appropriate dietary accommodations.
