Questions
Why did Point of Rental acquire Record360?
Point of Rental’s technology strategy is to take features that were embedded within its rental management systems (RMSes) and make them available to businesses as individual products that can complement already-existing technology investments.
Record360, as a leader in rental inspection software, has a feature set that fits into this vision. The team behind it also has a company culture and vision that fits Point of Rental’s core values and long-term growth strategy, making the two an ideal pairing.
