Rental Management, the official publication of the American Rental Association, released its 2026 „12 to Watch Under 40“ list, recognizing a dozen rising leaders from across the rental industry. The honorees represent equipment rental, event and party rental, and construction-adjacent businesses in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
This year’s list includes three Point of Rental customers.
A List Worth Celebrating
Every year, Rental Management’s „12 to Watch Under 40“ spotlights younger professionals who are shaping the future of the rental industry, whether through operational leadership, business growth, or industry involvement. This year’s list spans equipment rental, crane and aerial work, tent and event rental, and rental technology, a reminder of just how broad and varied the rental world is.

Evin Brooks, Herriott’s Rentals
Evin Brooks is co-owner of Herriott’s Rentals in Champaign, Illinois, a tent and event rental business built around helping customers plan and execute events from the ground up. Herriott’s Rentals uses Point of Rental’s PartyCAD to help design and visualize event layouts for customers before the big day.
Ned Parker, Party Perfect
Ned Parker, CERP, is vice president of Party Perfect, a Richmond, Virginia-based event and party rental company. Party Perfect runs its rental operation on Point of Rental Elite, our flagship cloud rental management platform.
Heath Wilson, Lowe’s Home Improvement
Heath Wilson works with Lowe’s Home Improvement in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe’s uses Point of Rental Essentials to support its in-store tool and equipment rental program, giving customers access to equipment rentals at Lowe’s locations nationwide.
