Like Liam Neeson in Taken, you have a very particular set of skills. As someone who has spent time in the hire industry, you’ve learned the lingo. You’ve seen the problems that our partners are handling on a day-to-day basis. You know what you’re doing.
And those skills give you an insight into what Point of Rental is doing and how we benefit rental businesses worldwide. As a Pointer, it doesn’t matter who you’re talking to in this industry – your expertise reflects our commitment to providing them the best possible rental software experience.
You don’t settle for doing the bare minimum for your customers, and neither do we. Let’s see what we can do together.
When we’ve checked out your resume/application and made sure you’ve got the experience we’re looking for, we’ll reach out and set up a telephone screening.
Great! You’ve met the basic requirements! We’ll move on to a face-to-face interview. Whether it’s in-person or over a video call, we’ll get into some more advanced questions.
You’ve shown you can talk the talk – let’s see you walk the walk. You’ll complete an exercise designed to test your skills as they relate to the job you’re applying for.
You’ll meet the Point of Rental team you’ll be working with and interact with them. This is where we’ll be testing your fit – we want Pointers to feel comfortable (if not completely excited) to come to work every day, and a big part of that is getting along with your co-workers.
