Point of Rental Software has acquired RentalTrax software from WIOsoft, marking the company’s third software acquisition in the last two years. RentalTrax has offices in Denmark and the U.S. with a diverse customer base spanning Europe, North America, and Australasia.
The acquisition of RentalTrax adds to Point of Rental’s growing European presence and follows a string of recent acquisitions. In 2018, the company added PartyCAD, and in 2016, the company entered the European market by acquiring U.K.-based Higher Concept Software’s Syrinx software.
