Point of Rental Software has been selected by True Value Company as the preferred rental management software for the company’s 4,500 retail locations worldwide.
Integrating with both Epicor Eagle and ECi Rocksolid point of sale platforms, Point of Rental Software streamlines operations for True Value stores that offer both retail and rental inventory. The company also serves Grand Rental Station and Taylor Rental locations, providing software products to handle rental specific tasks, such as reservations, overbookings, item availability, maintenance scheduling, and more.

Country True Value with locations in Troy and East Greenbush, NY, has increased profitability through Point of Rental’s streamlined reporting, efficient communications and automated delivery/pick-up views within the dispatch module. Mark Gross, General Manager of Retail Operations for the East Greenbush branch, said that the software’s repair and maintenance features have increased their item utilization rates and the business plans to use the IRO/IMO features to implement repairs for customers as another source of revenue.
