Paul Fonolla is the company’s new Implementation Manager in the United States, in charge of new customers’ journey as they go from deciding they want Point of Rental to implementing it in their business. He joins Point of Rental after spending two decades managing global implementation projects and delivering results in the HR, healthcare, and IT industries.
Scott Donovan is Point of Rental’s new Implementation Project Manager. He joins the company after 13 years managing both in-house and remote customer support and success teams at Finastra and RealPage, Inc. He’ll be working with Paul to maximize customer happiness in the implementation process.
