FORT WORTH — Point of Rental’s Essentials Enterprise was awarded RER’s 2021 Innovative Product Award for Computer Software, marking the eighth consecutive year the company has earned the honor. Essentials Enterprise also earned the Bronze overall award.

Essentials Enterprise includes single sign-on functionality, both for employees and for retail rewards club members as well as a suite of APIs that trigger automation for purchasing, payment, and other activities. It also shows realtime multi-store availability in an online storefront, so customers can see what items are available for rent at different locations.
In addition, the software works with a company’s rewards program database to create a single primary database of customers for easy management of a rental program.
