Andrew Heesacker, Arvada Rent-Alls

If you learn just one thing about Andrew Heesacker and Arvada Rent-Alls by listening to this video, let it be how to pronounce his name. It seems like there’s a pretty good chance you’ll run across him if you’re in the rental industry.

We talked about his journey to becoming President/CEO of his own company, and how he got the buy-in from staff that had been there since he was a kid. He had books to recommend as you’re developing your company’s vision.

And we talked a lot about service and the importance of surrounding yourself with people that are looking to do more good in the world – whether that’s within the ARA, local organizations, or with even larger groups.

Finally, we learned that if he gets a last meal, it’s going to be a really expensive one.
