Lathan Andrews, Talent Manager

Lathan Andrews plays a big role in helping Point of Rental grow the right way. As Talent Manager, he’s often the one seeking out the next Pointers we’ll add to the team. He and the global HR team have had a lot of work to do in 2021, too, as the company has added more than 80 new people worldwide to accommodate the growing number of businesses using our rental software.

In addition to his work, we discussed how he got here, how watching the movie Midsommar changed his life entirely, and even why we were required to wait until this month to release this episode. We also learned that apparently not everyone has seen the movie Top Gun.
