Key Features

Syncing

Scheduler handles things from the allocation side – drag and drop operators to contracts, set up repeating shifts, and see where operators are in their process with colour-coded cues.

Schedule

Once a schedule is made, operators can view their jobs for the day (and near future) in the App. It also shows inspections, on-site assessments, directions, and operator notes against the job.

Timesheets

Operators can enter hours worked, standing time, expenses, and other information directly into the App. Submitted details can be printed or automatically emailed to customers, too.

Members List

See upcoming contracts and shifts, then filter operators by availability, qualifications, and distance from the customer site. Assign and notify the operator via text or email. It’s almost too easy.
