Point of Rental Software’s new electronic signature option, Rental eSign, now accommodates not only human signatures, but supports paw prints from animals, both service and otherwise.
“Animals have always played a big role in getting work done, from oxen pulling plows to deliveries via horses. There are even dogs serving in our police and fire departments,” said CEO Wayne Harris. “With that in mind, we felt it was important to allow designated animals to accept responsibility for rentals.”
Both Rental eSign options, eSign Counter and eSign Remote, will accept paw print signatures. The process for capturing a signature remains the same; the signature pad will now just be calibrated to accept animal paw prints.
