FORT WORTH, Texas<\/strong> \u2014 Over the past couple of months, Point of Rental has invested considerably in their customer service, resulting in significant increases in customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\u201cCustomer service has always been important to us, but we realized that – especially with the additional challenges the last year has provided – we could do more,\u201d said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. \u201cThe new Pointers have been great and we\u2019re seeing some immediate impacts.\u201d<\/p>\n

If someone\u2019s calling us, then their problem is our problem,\u201d said Darrin. \u201cIt\u2019s a testament to our customer service leadership in each country; we can plan globally, but execution is all local.\u201d<\/p>\n
