Welcome Home Furniture Rental & Staging<\/a> boasts one of the largest collections of furniture inventory in the business, filling a 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Concord, California. They cater exclusively to the staging and real estate industries, helping maximize values for everyone involved.<\/p>\n

Problem<\/strong><\/h6>\n

With such a large warehouse (furniture takes up quite a bit of space) and a smaller staff than is typical for such a warehouse, Welcome Home needed a system to control their inventory. They tried three different software providers, all of which lasted six months or less.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/strong><\/h6>\n

In 2015, Welcome Home\u2019s search for software that worked ended. Within five days, according to co-owner Tanya Dari, they knew they\u2019d be successful with Point of Rental\u2019s Expert product.<\/p>\n

As with all programs, the most important thing is that it\u2019s easy to work with – that\u2019s what allows teams to input accurate information, which leads to accurate data down the road. Their initial on-site training had Dari and the Welcome Home team feeling better than they had with all their other software options.<\/p>\n

\u201cImplementation was easy,\u201d said Dari. \u201cIt was easy to learn. You guys give us the tools to be successful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Welcome Home has since added Dispatch, Mobile Workforce and eSign as the company moves toward a paperless environment. It\u2019s allowed them to reduce paper waste and has helped produce clear communications between their office, warehouse, and delivery teams.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s resulted in happier customers, because they\u2019re getting the furniture they requested, when they want it – every time.<\/p>\n
