So how does Point-of-Rental\u2122 Systems come up with new ideas for their yearly updates? \u201cThe majority of all our update ideas come from our users,\u201d says Wayne Harris, Chief Technology Officer at Point-of-Rental\u2122 Systems. \u201cWe receive update requests or ideas from our users through emails, phone calls, the Point-of-Rental user forum, and also from potential customers when we demo to them.\u201d<\/p>\n
