Prior to using Syrinx, PACK managed its operations through a combination of a docket book, Word documents, and Xero for invoicing. That system held things together for a bit, but as their inventory expanded and customer base grew\u2026they knew they needed dedicated hire software.<\/p>\n

One of PACK\u2019s longstanding customers were set up for recurring billing at the end of each month. However, a project came up where they needed to be billed on a different date to accommodate customer needs.<\/p>\n

Point of Rental provided a process to create a batch template for that specific project. This allowed everyone\u2019s contract obligations to be met without disrupting existing workflows, and it gave them the tools to accommodate similar situations in the future.<\/p>\n

Most projects don\u2019t require contacting support, though – uLearn, Point of Rental\u2019s educational resource, is available 24\/7 within the product.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve definitely leaned on [uLearn] on a number of occasions and found the answers and instructions I needed,\u201d Shayla said. As PACK expands, uLearn\u2019s thorough process documentation and AI-powered searchability will ease new team members\u2019 onboarding challenges.<\/p>\n
