Software Trainer/Implementation Specialist

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will shine as a critical part of our South African operations. Your technical expertise and product knowledge, together with your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will establish new customers with the knowledge they need to succeed. Your superior track-record of successfully managing new customer implementation and training, as well as supporting ongoing training for our existing customers will make you an indispensable member of our customer success team.

Experience in the hire and rental industry, and/or proficiency in the use of Point-of-Rental software will be very highly regarded. Alternatively, you must have demonstrated success supporting, training or implementing other hire / rental software products or other B2B software for non-technical end users. You must be a natural communicator and partner who can manage uncertainty, and guide customers through change. You must be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities with ease and grace.
