Experience in the hire and rental industry, and/or proficiency in the use of Point-of-Rental software will be very highly regarded. Alternatively, you must have demonstrated success supporting, training or implementing other hire / rental software products or other B2B software for non-technical end users. You must be a natural communicator and partner who can manage uncertainty, and guide customers through change. You must be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities with ease and grace.
