Brandon Rental Centers<\/a>, of Seffner and Riverview, Florida, took home the second annual International Innovation Award from Point of Rental\u2019s International Conference, Nov. 6-8.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am very proud of our team for working together to come up with an innovative idea that is a great benefit to the company,\u201d said General Manager Dan Kozsuch, \u201cIt\u2019s an honor to partner with a company like Point of Rental who recognizes innovation and is always working hand-in-hand with their customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kozsuch and the team at Brandon Rental Centers earned their award by tackling a common problem in any industry: Management didn\u2019t feel like they were given enough notification about customer issues, complaints, or compliments. To combat that issue, they developed a process for reporting in Customer Call Logs that enabled easy, consistent data entry and has resulted in increased customer satisfaction and employee recognition.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was an incredibly difficult decision to make this year, and a record number of entries, but we liked Brandon Rental\u2019s simple solution to a widespread issue,\u201d said Lauren Harris, Point of Rental\u2019s Global Marketing Strategist. \u201cWe had a lot of great entries; it\u2019s been wonderful to see the many ways our customers use Point of Rental to solve issues that rental companies face.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brandon Rental is the second Tampa, Fla.-area company to earn the International Innovation Award\u2019s top prize, after Elite Events & Rentals<\/a> won in 2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n
