Every year, our sales & technical
staff hosts a User Meeting at The Rental
Show (ARA). This four to five hour
meeting typically covers new features
recently released and covers subjects
such as POINT-OF-RENTAL™ database
management and using historical data
harvested by the system for trend
analysis. At the end of the
presentations users can meet with our
representatives on a one on one basis.
We use the Point-of-Rental system in four
stores and we would highly recommend it
to anyone... We have looked at, and used,
a lot of systems.... It is not even close....
We are a very happy customer of Point-of-Rental.
It has done wonders for our business, from helping
us cut expenses, lower our shrink to increasing our
revenues and profit. I can attribute over $100,000 in
new business since we installed it just on the web portal
portion of the software alone, not to mention all of the
other indirect increases it has had in other areas of our business...
