- Passwords define entry and display characteristics
for data in the Customer, Item, Transaction and other records at the "field"
level
- Operator identification codes identify if employees
have access to the counter system functions and who opened, closed or
modified contracts
- Operator identification codes define which Menu
Items are available for that employee
- Certain programs require higher level passwords to
access them
- Eight reports are available sorted by employee to
detect internal employee theft from the cash drawer. These
are:
- Refund of Completed Contracts
- Modify of Completed Contracts
- Price Override Report
- Special Rate Override
- Hours Override Report
- Cancelled Contracts Report
- Coupons Given Report
