SECURITY
 
  • Passwords define entry and display characteristics for data in the Customer, Item, Transaction and other records at the "field" level
  • Operator identification codes identify if employees have access to the counter system functions and who opened, closed or modified contracts
  • Operator identification codes define which Menu Items are available for that employee
  • Certain programs require higher level passwords to access them
  • Eight reports are available sorted by employee to detect internal employee theft from the cash drawer. These are:

    • Modify of Completed Contracts
    • Price Override Report
    • Special Rate Override
    • Hours Override Report
    • Cancelled Contracts Report
    • Coupons Given Report
