The Program Menu provides
access to all programs and reports. It is menu driven and items can be selected
by either keyboard entries or by using the mouse. Everything from the
easy-to-use counter system to analysis reports are on the Program Menu.
- Accounts receivable
is real-time interactive with the counter system. G/L accounts may be
defined that post in various formats to QuickBooks and other PC general
ledgers.
- A Purchase Orders
program that integrates with the inventory data base is optional.
- Inventory items and
account customer records are created in File Maintenance. File
Maintenance also provides extensive history on inventory items, customer and
transactions.
- Rental and sale
inventory pricing may be automatically modified based on many criteria.
- An extensive
Configuration program defines hundreds of parameters that customize the
software for various rental environments.
- The Security program
defines fields to display and modify and menu items available based on
password level and operator identifications.
- Literally hundreds of
reports are available for customer analysis, inventory analysis,
reservations, deliveries, pickups, items called off rent, remedial and
preventative maintenance, transaction history, employee overrides of
pricing, missed rentals, best and worst ROI items, counter activity and
marketing.
The Item Availability
program displays quantities available for specific days for the next four weeks.
Overbooks are displayed with a red background. Hourly availability can also be
displayed weekly. Item rates and equipment specifications are displayed. A tear
sheet can be printed to a laser printer with the rates, item picture and
specifications. If the item is not currently available a customer can be put on
a wait list. When the item is available an alert is displayed under the Wait
List tab of the Day-at-a-Glance operations management screen.
