Counter System Menu Features
 

The Counter System writes quotations, reservations, rental contracts, work orders and out-of-service orders. It is also used to modify contracts, close contracts, make partial closes, partial quantity closes, convert quotation and reservation contracts to rental contracts, put customers on a waiting list and clone contracts from history.

  • Day-at-a-Glance operations management tool
  • View inventory availability by month either daily or hourly
  • Display customer balance  
  • Make employee time clock entries
  • Make petty cash disbursements
  • Send or view inter-office e-mail

Day at a Glance

For managing the daily activities of a rental store, “day at a glance” is a powerful real-time tool.  Twelve tabs display contracts and/or items that meet the selection criteria of the tab.  Reservations, Deliveries and Pickups can be managed and acted upon directly from this screen.  For example, a right click on a contract listed under the Reservations tab offers many options including instantly converting the reservation to an open ticket without having to go into the Counter System Main Menu!  View items that are Overdue and in Repairs by simply clicking on a tab!  Multi-store operations can view transactions all stores or only their own store.
