Basic package includes most wanted features such as contract writing, inventory control for rental and sale items, reservations, transaction history, accounts receivable, assets management, automatic monthly rebilling, partial item and partial quantity (i.e. scaffolding) returns, storage of customer and item images, preventative and remedial maintenance modules, fax and e-mail contracts, track missed rentals, G/L accounting interface to Windows® based accounting software such as QuickBooks® and MAS 90.

Optional modules include integrated credit card processing, purchase orders, employee time clock, mass faxing of statements and OCR reader/scanners that automatically input pictures and biographical information into the customer record.
