    Remedial

    • Tracks rental items put into remedial maintenance and updates inventory availability
    • Tracks repairs costs, parts used and labor
    • Provides management with estimate of when items will be back in rentable inventory
    • Remedial repair history and costs for each incident are dated and stored in the item record

    Preventative

    • Define up to five maintenance frequencies based on either:

      •     Hours out

      •     Times out

      •     Days out

      •     Months out

      •     Hours on meter

    • Tasks for maintenance personnel to perform can be created, modified and stored in the item record and printed when frequencies have been exceeded

    • Items requiring preventative maintenance are noted when they are rented or returned on contracts

    • Maintenance and management personnel can view items requiring or soon to require preventative maintenance

    • Preventative maintenance history is dated and stored in the item record with the maintenance technician's name
